A Group Coaching Program for Women Wanting to Change Their Habits


This six-week foundational group coaching program will get you started on building new habits and help you out of the same routine that has not been working for you.  

I invite you to six-weeks of group coaching focused specifically on changing your habits. Whether you want to start eating healthier, setting better boundaries, start moving more, organize your space, or take better care of yourself, this program will help you build the foundation to change your habits and get you to where you want to be.

 What is included?​

  • Six, weekly small group coaching sessions. These group coaching sessions  will include valuable lessons on how to make your habits stick.

  • You will get coaching each week on your progress. 

  • You will create individualized goals.

  • Each week you will develop action steps to overcome barriers to move yourself forward. 

  • ACCOUNTABILITY from not only me but from fellow group members. 

  • A private Facebook group for connection, support, and interaction between group coaching sessions with other members.

  • One - 60 minute individualized coaching session with me to go a little deeper into moving you forward. 


Program Dates:

Saturday mornings from 

9:30 am-11:00 am for six weeks beginning  

October 2, 2021 through November 6, 2021

The Coaching Sessions will be through Zoom.
