My name is Andrea Muzikant, and I am a Life & Leadership Coach. I've worked in human services for over 20 years, and wow has that passed quickly! If you are reading this and are in mid-life, you totally get it. In the blink of an eye, half of your life is over. About 6 years ago I went through a major "midlife" transformation. I decided to take better care of myself and invest in myself in a way that I'd never done before. I changed my eating habits and increased my movement, and I lost over 100 lbs. It sounds pretty simple, but it's not. It's a lot of work to make life changes and better take care of yourself. I wanted to share what I'd learn with others, so I became a certified coach.
During this time in my life I was also looking at my career and what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I decided to become a member of The Boss Whispering Institute, where I received evidence-based training that focuses on coaching leaders who have negative perceptions about themselves. These are managers that rub others the wrong way. Having worked in the field of leadership for over 15 years, I wanted to help new and experienced leaders become more confident and have more insight into their own behaviors so I added leadership coaching to my resume. I am now officially an accredited Boss Whisperer®.
I believe everyone can live the life they want and that they truly are the experts of their own lives. My mission is to get people to become their best selves, while keeping in mind that the path for each person looks different. I have worked with coaches to get me to be where I am today and I believe personal development is a must in order to be a better person, both for yourself, and for the meaningful relationships in your life.
My story also includes a bunch of other really cool stuff that I would like to share. I develop and lead various training for new leaders from all levels of organizations. I plan and facilitate retreats for teams in order to work better together. I am also an adaptive recreation instructor for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the local recreation program. I am a cyclist and I love to travel. I feel very fortunate and grateful to be able to have this time in my life to do what I love.
I would love to support you.
Let me know if you would like support.
Thanks and take care,
